Terms & Conditions

Cancellations:

•Free cancellation within 12 hours of booking, otherwise 50% deposit non-refundable.

•No refunds due to weather inclement – we charge the same for rainy as well as sunny days!

•Date change requests: not guaranteed, but we’d strongly advise postponing instead of cancellation where possible

Payment:

•50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, remaining 50% of payment to be paid via bank transfer or cash on the day of arrival – (please note, we do not take card payments)

•Bookings of 4 persons or more are to be paid in full 14 days before the arrival date otherwise, the booking will be cancelled

Your Stay With Us:

• You need to inform us of any changes before your confirmed arrival, this includes different times of arrival to the one stated on the booking form. We let you choose the time, if you do not show up at your chosen time and do not make contact, we may think you have changed your mind. 

     (We reserve the right to cancel late arrivals and class them as “no-show” if contact has not been made)

• Check-In between 12:00pm – 18:00pm. We need to know your arrival time prior to your arrival to avoid a later check-in charge. (This is confirmed through booking confirmation via email) Please do not hesitate to contact us if you’re running late.  Guests with no reservation may not be accepted and those checking-in outside of check-in hours can face an additional charge of up to £10.00. 

• Check-Out at 11:00am – Please speak to us if you require later check-out (this may not be guaranteed)

• We kindly ask you to NOT disturb the main house and its residents on-site as they are not related to the business. Instead, please call the number provided or visit the reception during opening hours. 

• At Old Dairy Farm, all dogs must be kept on the lead.  Dog faeces are to be collected and disposed of properly. 

• Awnings are STRICTLY PERMITTED ON THE GRASS ONLY. Our fully serviced pitches are made of grids and gravel, therefore pegs in the ground are NOT ALLOWED. These pitches are specifically designed for a caravan and car, measuring 9m x 6m.
